Sacha Baron Cohen's"Who's America?" Returned Sunday for the second installment, with a sketch using Jason Spencer, a Republican state lawmaker from Georgia, that rivals the introduction episode's guns-for-toddlers section in shock value.

The brand new episode of Cohen's Showtime series, which also offers the comic duping Dick Cheney and Corinne Olympios out of"The Bachelor," revives his Israeli anti-terrorism professional personality Col. Erran Morad. As Morad,'' Cohen convinces Spencer he's behaving in a training movie, very similar to the way he persuaded current and former congressmen to document public-service statements for the imitation"Kinderguardians" app at the"Who's America" introduction episode.

This week's segment opens with Cohen as Morad telling Spencer to behave just like a Chinese tourist, complete with a fake accent, so in order to shoot upskirt photographs with a selfie rod beneath an undercover terrorist's burka.

Cohen subsequently informs Spencer to"shout the n-word," seeing the lawmaker shout the expletive above a dozen occasions before admonishing him.

"Are you mad?" Cohen states. "The'n-word' is'noony,'' not that term. This term is disgusting."
The episode finishes with a post-credits sequence revealing Spencer's shocking"Message to Terrorists," where he addresses"everything you (expletive) sand (expletive) over from the Middle East," before faking to dismember a hooded figure and eating a sausage which looks like the entire body part.

"We can cut your (expletive), you know?" Spencer informs the camera. "We'll take your (expletive) and we'll push it into your mouth"

Spencer, who's closing his fourth term in the Georgia state legislature after dropping his chief May, issued a preemptive statement concerning the incident a week. The 43-year-old doctor assistant told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution the series"took advantage of my own worries I would be assaulted by somebody" and"exploited my state of mind for gain and notoriety," which"this network firm's deceitful and fraudulent behavior is precisely why President Donald Trump was chosen."
